Trouble codes P2006 P0300

So last night i was driving home and my car stumbled and the next thing i know i feel like i a, driving on three cylinders and my CEL is blinking. The car starts to run find and the CEL is solid, I got the codes pulled and I got a P2006 runner stuck closed and a P0300 random cylinder misfire. I understand the codes what I am wonder is with the runner stuck closed could it be causing the P0300 code to come up and my car to hesitate when I am accelerating and with what happened last night. Any help would be cool, my car has 123,XXX on it.

Have you had any luck soving this issue?? I am having similar problems.

Replace the coil packs, wires, and plugs for the misfire.
