dude that sucks, but thankfully the damage doesnt look too bad...it looks like the impact beam (the beam in front of the radiatory, with styrofoam on it) too most of the damage....id say if your radiator doesnt have any leaks in it from that impact that the damage wont be totalled (very vague statement, but just saying)
from what I can see in the pictures it looks like the impact beam, bumper, and hood need to be replaced, otherwise I dont think there will be any damage to the frame, or at least not enough to cause any terminal effects on the way the car drives
when I got rear ended the impact beam snapped in half like yours....otherwise they had to straighten out the ends of the frame that the beam bolted to, but that was not that much work....total was $3500 for mine, but the shop I went through charged the lady who rear ended me's insurance company for a shitload of work they didnt do (like replace and repaint the rear bumper cover....grrr)....Id say yours will be between 3-5 grand of damage total, the insurance company isnt likely to total it in that case (thumb)
