Traveler's header (finally installed pics at end)

well i got my header in the mail. Let me just say Traveler (Robert) was GREAT to deal with. Kept me up to date on everything going on. the header looks good. and the company that does the coating for him did a great job on the coating. i cant wait to get it put on this week. here are the pics, there are a few of them. the name of the coated color is Grey Ice (i belive, ill have to check out the form when i get home.

I would love to do a before and after. but i cant afford it right now. I can only afford to go twice. and i have to install my intake, cams, header, pullies, and plug wires all at once. His website has before and after dynos and he picked up like 7lbs of torque peak. Im going to try and afford a before and after, but not sure right now.
 
Jesus, are those exactly equal length? When you get the money up just have someone cut that flange off and weld up a turbo flange hehe, looks like it would flow pretty good for a turbo.
 
yes it is equal lengths. i think he is going to be working on a down pipe for it it. as for price it was $460 shipped, including the coating inside and out. i cant wait to put it on my car, but i need to hit a dyno first.

So would I...but I PM'd him (via protegeclub.com) and he never responded (my tender feelings are hurt...oh wait, maybe I shouldn't have attached the naked pic of myself...), and his e-mail link via his website isn't working.

ya he never got back to me on protegeclub.com. pm him on this site. it took a day or two to get the first responce. but after that the next day or that night i had responce from him.
 
I have emailed him several times about the header and never got any response from him. Finally gave up on him due to the lack of response on the header...
 
Not to knock his header cause that does look like a good quality header it will not give u the torque and horsepower numbers u are looking for like a 4-2-1 header will. Don't get me wrong it will make good power it just won't make it where u need it most which is in the mid-high rpm's. The great benefit of his header is though I think it bolts right up without having to bolt on another exhaust & u don't have to mess with the cats. 4-2-1 is just my personal preference
