I wish i had a dig. camera to show you the heat shield. Umm.. okay it is 2 separate pieces, one on top and bottom, covering the cat. converter. the edges of the shield are rolled, but rolled into each piece. I hope this is making sense... I actually got under the car to see what the hell it was, I hit it with a hammer at first around the edges to force both pieces back together, it worked for a bit but then rattled again. If you could get under the car safely and re-roll the edges together all the way around it may stock the rattling. Sorry if this doesn't make sense.
