I just put in the X5-M5-QS, and it effectively got rid of the LSD whine when turning. Shifts are also a bit smoother, and the 1st to 2nd gear grind has diminished quite a bit, it's almost all gone but not completely, it still feels just a bit notchy in there. So all in all, better than the stock fluid I had in there.
