^^^ that's not the all to common hesitation you hear about on here. Your problem is different.
 
Maybe the previous owner worked on the intake manifold... Losing the vtcs/vics has been known to cause some cold start issues.
 
sweet ride man. hows the 3" sound with the downpipe? im waiting for mine from apexi, cant wait........btw, i blew my frist motor at 12psi, lucky for me, warrenty covered it. keep it runnin man!!!!
 
Maybe fuel cut when you are boost since you have the FMIC.
Or myabe just the pig ass rich condition these car run in :)
Of course with my MPI that's no longer a problem for me (first)

Damn, that's good they covered it. I have 104,000 miles now most of it at 12-15 PSI. (Not an endorsement to do so (shocked))
I just now went nuts with the mods :)
Anywho, enjoy your ride new guy...
 
Well you have an amazing platform to start from. No basicly all you need is an ecu and you are set.

Naw the ECU is fine that's why the MPI is in there. It is my piggyback. I can control whatever I want with it and the J&S handles up on the timing.
Nick had a couple of Different MSP's put down 300WHP with basically the same setup. I would like to get there but I know that is asking a lot for the rods to hold up to. :(
