They're still alloy rims, just winter tires.Winter wheels don't have TPMS sensors?
There was no light on when I had my summers on. The winters were already mounted on alloy rims.If you don't have TPMS sensors, you'll have to live with the light![]()
You do not need to program TPMS on Mazda5Ignore it? I've put a piece of tape over mine and just carry a $1 gauge to check air pressure like we always did.
If you truly want to fix it, you have to make sure each wheel has its TPMS sensor in it with a good battery. Then you need to fork over $100 to a shop to reprogram it. If you don't have the sensors, you need them to pull the tires off the wheel, add the $50 sensor to each wheel, re-mount the tires,re-balance everything and reprogram. Probably $500 total?
Piece 'o tape and a Wally World air gauge is sounding mighty nice.
Normal physics, cold air, winter thing. You need to add some psi to your tires.I had my winter tires installed and now my TPMS light is on. I was told to reset but I don't have a TPMS reset button. I drive a 2015 Mazda 5 van.
Any suggestions?
