torque steer

I have a 2001 Miata that has 112,000 everything underneath looks good but hard to check on jack stands. i have a problem with torque steer. Car wants to go left when in it and right when i lift. not too bad but enough to notice. What is typically worn ?????

+1 for alignment. Have them check sai (steering axis inclination) and thrust angle.

Here's something you should do before you spend $$ on an alignment:

Check your rear tire presssures. One being significantly lower that the other can cause this. And it won't cost you a penny.

My $$ is on a loose alignment cam. If it was just alignment, it would pull the same way all the time.

Unevenly worn (different diameter) tires can cause this with a limited slip, if I'm not mistaken.
