Torque specs for suspension?

I'm going to be swapping out my springs this weekend -- does anyone know the torque specs for front upper strut bolts in the engine compartment, lower front strut bolts, and both upper and lower rear shock bolts?

I kind of remember from doing my Miata years ago, but it's a bit foggy...

Recommendation. Get some blue Loctite for the nuts and bolts when you re-assemble. That's the medium strength. Not Red-High strength.
