Tom Tom Spinning

I've been having issues with my tom tom where the map doesn't stay stable. It shakes and spins all the time.

I took this to a dealer and they said to take the sd card out and update the map. Did that and the problem repeated. I took it back to them and they replaced the tom tom. I still have the same problem.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I had the same problem. Had mine in twice to the dealer, they initially installed an update that actually made it worse. Went back a second time and the service manager showed me a info from Mazda that some owners were having trouble with the update. A "patch" I assume, was installed and it works flawlessly now. Looks like you need another trip tp the dealer.

I'll try them again. Last time they thought I was seeing things
