Just installed them on my P5, now I have a very annoying rattle sound coming from the rear passenger side, The car is lowered 1.5in only occurs on bumpy surfaces, Any suggestions ?

Search. There has been many many discussions about it. You probably installed the washer wrong.

codz, fortunately for you this is a known issue with a fix that seems to work most of the time. Here is the link to the thread:

I had the same problem at the "washer fix" worked for me. I didn't do it myself but my installer did it (free of charge, since it is part of the install). I believe it only takes about 5-10 minutes to do, and is just a matter of finding a washer of the right size to fill that gap mentioned in the link above.

I don't think that's the issue as the Tokico HP struts are threaded further down for lowering springs. I have HPs and Eibach and I don't get any clunking.

Thanks for the help, I'll look into that thread, hopefully it'll work out, cause it's freakin annoying

Great. It just involves taking the nut off the top of the strut and inserting one or more washers to fill in the gap. You don't need to remove the strut/spring assembly from the car to do it. You'd be surprised at how much quieter that corner will become (if the fix applies to you).

Codz, what kind of springs did you use? Does the rattling sound just occur with certain springs used with the HP's? I just bought Racing Beat springs (3/4" -1" drop) and the HP's and will be installing them once i get them. Just wondering if i will need to add a washer to the rear strut.

Sahteeve...I just did the Tokico & RB spring combo. No washer needed (yet??) and no clunking, fyi.
