I decided to take my wings west bumper off the car again and figure out how to make it fit properly. These things are notorious for not fitting that well on the sides and having that saggy gap under the headlight.

So after a couple hours of fiddling around, a few strategically placed braces I wound up with this as my finished product. Whatcha all think???

I'm really happy with how it turned out, I don't think you can get a much better fit with the wings west bumper.

I don't have a Wings West bumper, but my OEM one is sagging a bit.

I wound up making 2 custom braces for under the headlights, 2 braces under the bumper and 2 braces inside to bring the bumper tighter to the headlights.

If I get time this weekend, I'll pull the bumper off and take some pictures of the braces too

You wouldn't want to try something different? Buddy Club 2 kit? Molded AutoExe Kit? Mintblue kit?

i'd for sure be interested in knowing how you got rid of the gap between the fenders and bumper. I got a pretty good gap going on right now, and can't figure out how to get rid of it.

I've got a pretty nasty gap under my headlights too. I've been trying to get rid of it for a while.

I have no bracing whatsoever on my bumper. It fit like a charm, albeit with a little bit of heat gunning before it was painted. I got my stock lower grill to fit too! As far as I know, I'm the only guy to do that!

Any pics of the brackets you had to fab up. Also how did you get the bumper to suck in so nicely at the back of the headlight?
