Tire Valve Stem Rot\Cracking issue (2016 CX-9)

Has anyone had their valve stems crack\rot before? Over the last 8-10 months, I have had to replace one tire valve stem twice and once on two other tires. I just had new tires installed about 2 years ago and the valve stems were replaced at that time. Is there something I can put on them like a303 protectant or go to something that is not rubber valves?

Find a better tire shop that supplies better valve stems. Or get metal with their rubber gasket. By the box of 100, valve stems cost from $.30 to $.49. Perhaps that shop got a box of very old valve stems at a price they couldn't (but should have) refuse.
