tire size

anyone running 215's?
do they rub the wells?
th reason i ask is the 2003 mazdaspeed has 215 on it and i was thinking if they did anything to get them on.

215 is only 10 mm wider meaning 1 cm.

it takes 2.5 cm to make 1 inch. approx....

so your only widening the tire by 0.4 inches just under 1/2 an inch.... i wouldn't see a reason that it would hit anything... as you are only widening the tire by 0,2 inches on each side of the rim...

0,2= 1/4 of an inch

Next set of tires I am getting will be 215... it just might save a little of the rim when the curb gets too close... LOL

215 are easily possible with the proper wheel and offset. From what I have been able to find....you will have to be running a wheel with a width of 7 inches to run 215's....

You should be able to run 215's fine, but once you lower your ride, you may encounter some rubbing if your offset isn't correct.
