it is complete bulls*** though especially within the fact that by changing the law they are subjected alot of people to forking out not only the cash for the ticket but also to get the tint changed.

agreed, thats why i think things will go back to the way they were after a couple of months, but you never know.

After reading the link you posted, if i get just the front windows legal 1) the car will like like s*** 2) it will be easyer to spot since the back doors are now part of it.

so its either legal all around or risk the chance of getting ticketed twice and possible jail time.

I work for world toyota and do about 75% off all tinting that goes through the shop (my boss does the rest of it but i have done more than him latly so i got better and they give it all to me) But i might be able to tint the miata one day i will defiantly let you know the only problem i will have might be with the back window but i am pretty sure the miatas is completly flat which will be easy. Oh and we only have 35,20 and 15%

Well i retinted all the roll down windows today to 35%...it sucks soooo bad in the dark you can hardly tell the difference but in the sun from inside the car it blows i can't pick my nose anymore and know people cant see me

Do you guys feel that the tint law enforcement has died down a little bit?
I was just wondering because several of my friends have been running 25% tint for a little over a year and haven't once been pulled over for tint.

I'm thinking about getting 30% (which will still end up illegal on the light meter) all around...
I might just go with 35% on the roll-down windows + 25% on the rer windshield.
But that's only if the cops can't check the rear windshield...
what kind of tint meter do the cops use?
If it's one like this, they can't check the rear windwshield.

wow they're that anal about it down there? i have 20's all around i think the legal tint here is 35 but the cops don't seem to care

as for getting the back window tinted, that should be the lightest in my opinion cuz i can't see out the back at night i wish i got 30 or so for it
