No not at the moment but I will try and get some here in the next day or two after I get a chance to wash the car.

Man your bumper covers the whole top half of the IC! Not like it matters, that thing is so massive anyway. You need to cut those grill surrports if you aren't putting the grill back in. Anyway... nice work man, that was a good price for sure.

Are you recirculating any of that air? You having any stalling issues? Is that the newer HKS w/o adjustment screw?

BTW that would look so sweet powdercoated black.

(moon) now trim that opening sucka!!!! looks great!

Adam, how is that sucker pulling now?

It pull's like a MTF! but The BOV is venting to soon and I am having some stalling issues at idle rpms as well as some surge. Any one now how to fix this. My HKS SSQV BOV does not have a adjustment screw on it so thats not the answer.

no I am not currently recirculating and I am having some stalling issues at low rpms. Yes that is the Newer HKS w/o an adjustment screw. Dude you and me think alike because I was thinking the exact same thing when I picked the car up " I think I should powdercoat those pipes Black"

Sent you this in PM too:

Can the black piece on the back come off? Perhaps it is just a dust cover and the adjustment screw is underneath? While I can't read the text on the japanese web page, the images here look the same as yours in terms of silk screen colors ( http://www.hks-power.co.jp/ ) their diagrams show an adjustment screw though so i bet that black part is a removable dust cover. see if you can pry it off.

Or maybe the whole black part rotates clockwise/counterclockwise to adjust the valve spring screw?

If you can't figure it out you should bring it to the Plano meet tomorrow night and maybe we can all figure it out together.

Although if you are getting compressor surge then the valve is not opening soon enough. Perhaps it is because you have T'd off the wastegate vacume line. Perhaps a stronger vac source like the Brake Booster line would work better. sam and I can show you that and what fittings you need tomorrow night too.

EDIT:
Just pulled this off the HKS USA site: "The SSQV releases excess boost when there is a pressure alteration in chambers "A & B", not by the rate of boost pressure or vacuum in the line." http://www.hksusa.com/products/more.asp?id=792

This makes it sound like the vacume source is not the problem since the amount of vacume is not what determines wether the valve opens or closes.

Who, me or Adam? I'm going to try and make it out. Getting screwed on a project at work due to lazy copywriters and may have to work really late if I don't get everything within the next hour or so. I won't know for sure till late tonight.
