Thinking about moving... PA/MD/VA/NC/SC

I'll start out by saying this, and I don't want s*** about it. I'm really apprehensive about moving to VA. No one in that state seem to understand how to drive. The police are completely out of control. I don't know anything about their emissions laws. The traffic in the northern part of VA is completely insane. I can't stand snow anymore. I want to go somewhere where I see as little as possible. I know southern PA see very little. SC and NC seem so far away and I know almost nothing about them. Who has to get inspections on the rollers? Because I'd like to avoid those places.

I technically live in northern va but in the country and I must say the cops are pretty insane out here. Granted in the year ive had my car ive had no issues with them and I have resonators deleted. Before the ms3 I had a prelude with catback exhaust, window tint and I was pulled over quite a bit. So I guess it goes both ways. Im not sure what rollers are but I take my car to a local place to get inspected and he just looks over it and lets it go. Pretty easy to find someone local to help you out.

GA,NC, and SC have no emissions if you live in the rural areas but in GA the city is where you live emissions is what you'll be doing.!
