Think this will be considered totaled?

HOLLY CRAP!!! That sucks!! I'd say that it will be totaled. There looks like alot of damage to your car
 
That is RIDICULOUS! I've never seen hail damage that bad. I'd say if that's not totalled it's damn close.
 
Yeah I'm supposed to "drive it to the claims place" next Wednesday....there are so many damaged cars in the city they said it may be as long as June before someone can come look at it. So they suggested I drive it to the place to speed up the process...sigh.
 
Yeah thats crazy!! Looks like someone took a sledgehammer to it and just kept hitting it lol. It really just depends on insurance though. Cause Ive seen cars that didnt have that much damage done be totaled and then others with much more damage not be totaled. I wanna say yes its totaled but then on the otherside I wanna say its not cause the amount to fix it might not be more than what the car is worth. Weird that it busted the windshield but the headlights look perfectly fine haha.
 
I couldn't believe the headlights either...they don't have a SINGLE scratch, that must be some very sturdy plastic. Mazda made me proud there lol
 
lol well that's a fine thing! i have a huge scuff on my headlight...no idea how. i of course assume a rock but i don't recall a big bang as such.

sorry to see the car in that condition :(
 
WOW! I know how you feel bro. I was driving through Kansas one year and just so happens I drove through a hail storm. Ya lets just say I had to drive my car straight to a dealership so get the windshield replaced so I could at least make it back to Cali.
 
I've seen damage like that and worse. Being a 2010 you might not get totaled out. Hope you have a low comp deductible and are not over financed. Good luck.
 
holy crap, that sucks. no place to move it to when you heard about the storm? we had a pretty big windstorm a few weeks ago so first thing i did was put it in the garage. lucky i did a branch fell where my car was. it wasnt very big but woulda done some sort of damage.
 
Yeah my comp deductible is only $250 so no worries there....I think in Oklahoma 60% of the value is considered totaled. I have a friend with a VW who barely got any damage compared to me and they estimated his repairs at ~$9500, so I am going to assume they will total it.

My thing is, if they don't, I really would never feel comfortable with the car again knowing it sustained all of that damage. And it would definitely lose value.

And XspeedyD my garage has been remolded into more rooms in my house so sadly I have nothing! A carport wouldn't have helped because all of the ones around here are full of holes now haha
 
I would say totaled. Every metal panel is dented. They will have to reskin the doors and the rear quarters. Big part is the roof rails, they get damaged and your talking about cutting and welding in new sections. And I'm willing to bet that Mazda does not have much in the way of repair parts just yet for the 2010 cars. So your wait to have a claim done is going to take longer to get fixed if they even do that.
