was gonna aproach them like that..well kinda, just in a nicer way :)

There is just one thing I can't understand. Yes on the pic the back one is darker. But looking at some various pics with a same lightning, all hyper silver wheels on titanium MSP look like your front wheel (on pics). Never as dark as your back one. I'm telling this only to rise this question : Do you really have 03 silver wheels on front or is your back hyper silver having a coloration problem. Really, look at other pics, it's striking.

Did you buy from Jeff Haas? They used a cleaner on the wheels and it made them darker. I bet that's your problem. As far as I know they didn't replace the wheels cause I drove by numerous times and kept thinking; why are the 3.5's wheels 2 different colors? Are your wheels splotchy at all? At first I thought they put 2 03's and 2 03.5's on the cars cause the messe up ones were so much darker compared to the regular hyperblacks.

mx3 I think you got it. Because really there's no hyper silver that dark. No way !

I dunno it may be the way the light hits 'em. At some angles they look almost black, and in sunlight they do a good impersonation of chrome. Go somewhere with nice even lighting and check - the pic sure makes 'em look different from each other.

Not noticing that you had 03.5 and 03 rims, especially from front and rear same side seems pretty unliekly. Those rims are alot different and even a blind person would have noticed.

Did u use a cleaner that your friend suggested you use, u know to remove the dust, and now you have stained them darker.

Good luck with Mazda, especially after 6500 miles.

My suggestion is to place both dark rims on one side of your car then go to Mazda and claim that the sun shines on that side of your car, and has damaged the rims. They will scratch their heads and more then likely change them for you under warranty.

I have to agree with evolv I think it's going to be hard to convince the stealership to give you 03.5 after 6500 miles.

I'd be questioning as to why are there two different wheels? Look for more possible repairs done to the car. Were two wheels replaced due to damage (someone curbed them an test drive maybe)? was the car in an accident? Damaged in transit? Did they paint two wheels?

How many miles were on the car when you bought it?

Hey what about the other poor bastard running around with a mixed set of wheels? (laugh) Perhpas they had an 03 and an 03.5 in for service or inpsection sitting side by side and say the one guy doing the inspection goes to lunch and the boss screams at another tech, hey you, Dumbass! Get over there and put the wheels back on those cars we got to get these things back on the lot or the Sales manager will have my ass and if it's my ass then its your ass Capish?

So this tech all fumble ***** his way over to the cars, grabs up the remaining wheels and mounts them on THE WRONG CAR! DOH!

Hey - check the directional tread, maybe you have 3 on directionally and one not? Don't know if that'd help or hurt your argument tho

well I'm gonna take it by the dealership today, have them look at the wheels themselves and see what they think. I've never used any kind of wheel cleaner on the car, hell I've only been able to wash it 3 times since I bought it back in Dec because of the weather never being nice for more than one day at a time. It was right after its 3rd wash when we noticed the difference. The front rim was VERY shiny while the rear was just dark.

Did you buy it from Jeff Haas? There's a good chance even if you didn't it was a dealer trade to the dealer you bought it from. I really doubt all 4-6 affect cars stayed on their lot, the last time I saw them there was August. If you didn't buy from JH, ask your dealer if it was a trade from there.
