Sure he was rubbernecking, but if he looked back, THEN went around the blind turn with his eyes now on the road and sees a car parked(i dunno if he literally means stopped or just going way too slow) in the road, then theres NO WAY he's gonna have time to slow down...if he had his eyes back on the road before the turn, then the rubbernecking didnt matter.

anyawys, sorry to see the car in such a deplorable state man...i hope it can come back to like somoehow, though it looks totalled.
