I totally agree. FG is watered down nonsense. TG is much more appealing to the true automotive enthusiast, while FG just babbles to the everyday moron. I can't say I've seen an episode of FG that I liked.

I agree...but since I live in Japan and my automotive programing choices are limited...I turn to the net to get my fix and unfortunately Top Gear doesn't run ALL YEAR LONG so I have to make do with FG simply because they have "cars" in the show...It seems with every new season of FG, they try to "improve" the show but it's just getting worse and worse...the segments in this season are so lame...like the one where they show you how to destroy your car by overheating or running in reverse...WTF is the point of that (talk about obvious results)...it's not even entertaining!

See, my biggest complaint with the recent seasons of TG is that they keep getting shorter and shorter. I've decided lately to start downloading all of the seasons from the beginning of time on and watch them. They still retain quite a bit of that TG flair, where FG just doesn't cut it.
