The Slammed Life

Plastidip is temporarily permanent. What I mean by that is, you spray it on, if you like it, you can keep it forever without worrying about sun damage, water damage, etc. If you hate it, it peels off easily. $6 at the hardware store

For all you low guys... You need to look into this mod for your garage...

Ok slammed gods. I humbly come to you as a follower from a far but am now ready to slam the ish out of my Mazda5. I just ordered some YellowSpeed coilovers to lower but it's the other stuff like spc adjustable camber plates and end links etc.. That me being a Newbie at slamming don't understand. I wanna make sure that I get everything I NEED to slam the ish out this car and still be able to drive it everyday to work. I don't wanna ruin tires or the car so what do I need besides coilovers to make this work??? I apologize Slam gods for my insolence and I look forward to making you proud after my post install pics. Help!!!!! Thx! Here she is pre-slam.

Make sure your coilovers have camber plates in the front, then you will need the SPC camber arms in the rear to get more camber (depending on your wheel setup). Just make sure you get an alignment and they set the toe to factory specs, as incorrect toe will kill your tires (not camber).

Chris just spoke lol. And Chris is right. Dude u don't have to call us slammed gods ok it's bit much there.

Thanks! Yeah the coilovers have Camber plates for the front. I guess I'll order the camber arms too now. What about Spacers? I see some have different size in back and front. I was gonna go 10mm all around. Is that ok? What's the reason to go different sizes? Sorry but I'm a total newb to drop/slam.

If you order your wheels with the right spec, then you won't need spacers. Anything over 8mm requires bolt-on spacers or extended studs

I plan on keeping the RX-8 rims I have on. I just wanted a more aggressive look with the spacers. So 10mm front and back is fine? Or should I do like 10 back 5 front?
