If cable companies let us pick and choose which channels we wanted for $xx.xx I would get cable. All I would want is top gear on BBC, a couple sports channels, and showtime
It's not the cable companies fault, it's the channels themselves. Like if you want ESPN you have to get ESPN 2, ESPN U, ABC family, ABC, Disney, etc. If they allowed you did a-la-carte, how do you think the cast of Jersey Shore got $40,000/episode each (or whatever crazy figure it was)?
I'm for a-la-carte as I'm sure most people are, but the ones who control the channels don't want you to do that.
Our basic cable service (including most of our HD channels, if you have an HD TV) is $49/month for 70 channels. One of the cheapest around. Most companies now a days make their money off the internet. As a phone installer told me it's Digital Crack. People can't get enough of it.

I can't have fun unless I work. and when I'm not working I spend money so the only way for me to save some money is to work an assload. Also anyone have an exhaust for a gen1 ms3 they want to get rid of? or know where I can get one for a decent price?
yea I have oem. I need 3 inch. the dp and cutout will be coming off soon and being sold as a kit.

my bad. Yea the cutout is off right now for warranty work. and I got a new dp on the way. So the one in the car has to go.
This whole last week the cat has been sitting staring at the oven at night. I figured there was a spider or something under it, NBD.
Yesterday he attacked the screen door on the deck.............. there was totally a mouse up at the very top of the screen door, ON THE INSIDE. He has been hiding under/in the drawer/in the back of the oven........ he got in by chewing through insulation by the A/C unit.
So I let him out yesterday.
And he's back. Time for traps!
