Side Note: I bought and paid for an exhaust on the market place here and the guy messages me and says that he already told someone else they could have it and then have to give me a refund which now I won't have that money till monday. Thanks...

was able to reclaim most of my basement this weekend by going thru stuff and tossing crap. Just need to come up with and make a couple organization solutions for some things and then I can start on my man cave sports room slash play area.
Good for you Nate, I've been working on that the past few months slowly. My wife had a bad habit of tossing boxes in the basement without collapsing them. I finally have them all collapsed and stacked, I just need to get rid of them now. Next step is to build a second work bench with office space for clean work based items (mostly reloading and assembling/cleaning firearms).
Ours was definitely a catch-all. Half of it's already finished, just needs paint, new carpet and furniture. The other half we plan on using it for storage, just would like to make it easy to get to things when we need them.
Finally got our raises today, It's slightly more than what I was realistically thinking so I'm happy with it.
