The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

What time, Phen? I can stop by and lend a hand as soon as I get off

Landlord is coming over at 430 to look at the roof of the garage. I'll be out there from then on.

aw dammit Phenda, I'll be on a plane to daytona at 6. Sorry, dude. :/

Daytona? Nice! No worries man.

I have practice after work. And I don't like you. Sorry, buddy...

Heh. I know you don't.

Phen, I am there after work, need to go home and change and I will be on m way to lend a hand

Awesome. Thanks man.

Well ain't that some luck. What do you plan on doing at this point?
Right now the plan is to just tear Into it and replace the bearings. Don't have the money for a full blown rebuild right now so hopefully replacing the bearings will give me summer enjoyment while saving for a full rebuild

The Dyno Day is May 10th, just FYI

Well, I have no car to do said dyno day and honestly didn't expect anyone to come, just kinda threw the offer out there haha

I heard that. Really sucks to hear that and if I'm free I'll come help.
+1.

Thanks man

What's happening cool kids?
I'm going to throw out a request for assistance. I need to put the driveshaft back in the BMW today after work. I'd really like it to be ready to take to the Track First cookout tomorrow. I really just need a hand manning the e-brake. one of the bigger struggles is bolting the drive shaft up, keeping it stable while tightening bolts, then being able to rotate it to the next one. It's rather difficult by myself. If anyone can help with that task, I appreciate it! I can pay in beer.

If it weren't a 2 hour drive on a Thursday night if be there bud

No worries at all. It should be a relatively straight-forward install. I've already identified a couple small things that could pose an unexpected delay, but we will see. I really really wanna drive the old girl again. Getting 33 mpg average is getting boring. :-P

Last night was easy, getting the ol girl up and running.........looking forward to seeing her back on the road!!!

Yessir! Much quieter than last time I started her too. LOL. So after work, check all fluids, torque all lugs, get gas, head on up to Hudson.

Finally I will be up at the Track First cookout! The ms3 is running and hasn't popped any bad lights or cel's. The oil pressure and temp gauge is still being a prick though

I'm headed to Marc's to install my exhaust after work but if you guys want Menchies in Fairlawn afterwards let me know. :)

We'll be at the cookout.......and we can hit up Menchies, afterwards and hook up with #1. I think #2 is a maybe as well as the Rican....

KSU FTL. Yeah I should have just gone to Akron. Wish I was an athlete so I could afford a private school
