Not sure about the clunk, but I use to get that kind of vibration after being in snow. Turned out to be snow lodged inside the wheel, affecting the balance. Freaked me out when it first happened on the MS3 during my first winter, took the wheel off and a bunch of snow fell off.

Snow buildup in the wheels would explain the vibration. I guess it could also explain the severe vibration when I was stuck since the wheel speeds got pretty high. I wonder if that off-balance could have been enough to knock loose or break something in the suspension or an engine mount.

Had the engine at redline in second gear with one wheel spinning at one point (I was pretty pissed off at that point). It's also possible because I was stuck in ~6" of snow/ice that the imbalance was great enough to feel at lower speeds.

(hi) Hey everyone, thought I'd pop in here to ask a question since I know most of you race/track/auto-x. Our son has had a youtube channel for over a year now and has been doing Lego MOCs but is now asking to get another as he wants to start uploading gaming vids. We have an Xbox 360 currently and an ancient camcorder from the *gasp* 90's that uses 8mm tapes. hahaha Anyway I've been looking at getting a GoPro since I'm familiar with them and wanted to get some opinions. I've been looking at other hi-def camcorders also but keep coming back to the GoPro as it seems more versatile.
