The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

We no longer get paid out for our un-used PTO, so no point in keeping it.

we don't either. Maybe I can take a day or two just to work on the MSP. Sounds good in theory but that never happens.

You do have that roof rack permanently attached. Why not use that for it's intended purpose instead of being "eye candy"?

i put a bike on that b**** atleast weekly... its not just eye candy. and waht are you suggesting, strapping the tree stand or deer on the rack??
that all well and good, still a MESS and still lack ground clearance on the trails

bored at work, Here are some pics and a listing for the new 3. The rear doesn't seem as bad to me here but the nose does look really long at that angle (bottom pic). Same dealership also has an i model and the 16's look tiny.

and it might be just me but at the back between the rear door and the hatch seems like it would be a big blind spot.

So, the first leg if the trip was a success. We made it from c-bus to pigeon forge in 7 hrs 15 minutes, including a 45 minute lunch stop. 10.5 gallons and 400 miles running 75 mph with the a/c thru the mountains. There's a fun little road, st rt 411, that we'll be using quite a bit that's really fun. Pretty curvy and hilly. The scenery around here is great. Can't wait to get the nice camera out the next couple days.

I guess you didn't want your mount back.

IMO the hood is too long and I agree on the blind spot, it has to be huge. Not a fan of the 3. The 6 however is a different story, big fan.
In other news Jen stopped at Park Mazda in Wooster and looked at CX5's. Nothing like looking at cars about a year in advance of buying one. She was chock full of info about them too. I guess she spent a little time talking with a sales person.

Met will & his dad today. Also saw chip working like a Mexican as well as looking like one, lol

It's dragon day!!! I had a warm up yesterday on st rt 411 from Seiverville to Maryville. Had a couple of locals, hopped up civic and mustang, that saw those mazda taillights get farther and farther away. I'll have an update and some pics hopefully tonite.

Phen finally gets to drive the ms3 = ) he and I with Marlon following along in spicy are at mm 206 on I80 heading back home from a fun and exciting weekend of racing at LRP.

just got my Cleveland pd update and saw there was a meteor showing over Columbus at 1130pm Friday night. Bright light as it hit the atmosphere lasted about 30 seconds. Anyone of you cbus meeps notice it?

Happy Sunday! Hope y'all had a nice weekend.

Not really sure how this happened because everything was torqued to OEM Mazda spec. It's the bolt that is welded on top of the subframe that is the mounting point for the diff (vertically).

Some friends and co-workers saw it but I didn't see anything that night.

Cleaned the garage some this week. Got one of the Camaro fenders on the shelf but decided I want to build so shelves higher on the wall for them so they are more out of the way. Also sprayed them with some black Rustoleum where any scratches in the e-coating were. I pretty much painted the entire driver's side, it was on the bottom of the crate.

pics for fun!
