The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

im not gonna touch the suspension, and its currently on protege wheels so im gonna put my 17s on it. and im fine with doing motor mods im just not gonna do anything visual. and no he took down the craigslist post to keep people from calling him

gotcha. I only did tint really for visual. Well I have wheels but only because they were an amazing deal. it might be easier to find aftermarket wheels than stockers and it seems like everyone wants a million dollars for them. my buddy was trying to find some to use for winters

Why would you not do suspension? It makes no sense to have all that power and you can't get it to the ground! I will always take handling over power and with the Tri-Point RSB and endlinks our MS3 handles like it is on rails! Once the CP-e motor mounts are installed it should be even better. I would seriuosly reconsider woth the power the car is making.

To Larry's point, even though you may have a co-signe, the lender still needs to see if the primary borrower still has the ability to re-ay the loan and that is why they are asking for his most recent pay stub, to make sure his debt to income ratio are in line. My lending experience just came out! Damn!

Juat ordered Rear Camber Arms and Stage II Shifter Plate in Black and weights from JBR using the MID-OHIO Discount code from JBR......can't wait to get the products

or in the case of a mortgage, know EVERYTHING about you financially and then still ask for more...
i had to write a letter this morning explaining why a deposit was less than my paycheck stub was showing (from like 2 months ago)...
um.... cause i got some ******* cash back when i deposited the check!!! thats about what i wanted to write on the letter haha

Just ordered the Stage 1:Red Adjustable Short Shift Plate Kit and 5mm Wheel Spacers (2 pair) with the discount code. I'm getting close to having everything JBR has to offer HAHA!

You're right "lender man" but the cosigner will help. Since he is giving them a copy of his first paystub he will need all the help he can get. A good down payment will go a long way too.

Oh yes, I've written 7 different letters of explanation and now they want one from my brother stating I do not live at his house or have anything to do with his mortgage (his is at the same bank too...) because we are using his address for the estate.

This has to do more with the investor requirements as opposed to the banks requirements, especially with any government loans and some conventional loans as well.

Does anyone know of a good car detailing place in Cleveland or Akron? I want to get my entire car detailed (inside, outside, and engine bay). I know I could do it all myself, but I would rather not spend the time and energy doing it. I'm too busy unfortunately. I'd rather just pay someone to do it, especially someone that could do it way better than I can.

I found a company called Auto Detail Doctor that has a car detailing package for about $199. They do a ton of stuff, including clay bar treatment and detailing the car inside and outside. Also, they say "We come to your location," however they're based in Columbus. If their any good and can come to me in Cleveland/Akron, that would be sweet haha

I may do an rsb but I probably won't do anymore. This car has no problem putting down the power, and its handling is plenty good already.

It's hard not to laugh at this point, everytime I get an email from the MLO I assume I need to write a sentence to describe something and sign & date it.

RSB is by far my favorite upgrade! The difference is insane! Understeer is practically eliminated (depending on the sway bar and stiffness setting) and the car feels a lot more neutral. I have the JBR bar and I race with it in the middle stiffness setting. I'm going to try the stiffest setting for AutoX and the car will rotate very nicely.

The 92 Protege is sold. I'm going to miss that car. Now it's time to find a nice low mileage ES/P5.

oooo....ooooo....ooooo I have an 02 P5 f/s. Low mileage once you replace the current motor wiht 173K and fried 2 and 3 cylinders with a lower milelage donor. :p hahahaha GL in your hunt and I've been browsing as well. Going to the dealer tonight to test drive a 2014 6. Get a $25 Visa card and also have a letter to get in on special tent pricing before the general public. As much as I don't want to make a car payment I'm going to look into a lease to see what the numbers may be. And not neccesarily on the 6, I just want to take one for a spin. (evil)

GL with the house stuff Nate and Levi. Def. stressful and a pita but in the end it will all be worth it.

The new 6 is amazing Jeff, I test drove an auto GT and loved it.
