Baggies. Lots of baggies for hardware that you label. If there are different sized bolts in different places for a component, get a piece of cardboard, draw the bolt pattern out and put each bolt in the right place. Trust me, you don't want to realize once it's time to put it back together that you don't know where anything goes...
Isn't this the truth! Good thing it was only the condensor for the oil pressure gauge...Second this!!!
Also take pics of everything even the things that "you know were they go". Label all wiring on both sides of the conectors, when I pulled a motor I lableled all the wiring with the # from the FSM or Hanes service manual that way you have a reference to go back to.
