I like my method...slide the seat back 2-3 clicks, then sit up straight. I then use both hands to pull the shoulder belt towards the door to remove as much slack as I can. I then quickly yank it so it locks. After that, I keep holding it so it stays locked, then slide the seat back the 2-3 clicks into your normal driving position.
I want to try that, but I already sit with my seat back all the way... Maybe I'll try to lean down the back and yank the belt and then put it back upright where I normally have it.
