^sry to whoever got that 3. I went to high school with 3 ppl who died trying to ramp their car like that. Did you figure out if its your catch can causing that gas smell james I posted a link here this morning about a guy with a 6 smelling fumes.

What do you guys think about the Yokohama Parada Spec2's? I know Pablo has them on his Gramlights and likes them and Marlon has them on the Wagon. I need new tires for my summer wheels. The Paradas seem like a great deal since they are inexpensive, last longer than others and perform well. Pros/Cons?
I missed a whole page of this thread today! I just read your link, thank you Ryan! I took a look tonight and removed my PTP pill since it probably does nothing anyway. The one hose to the catch can looks like it collapses at some point--like it has a weak spot. This could be the problem. Tonight the smell was not as bad. To boot, yesterday I filled up and may have overfilled the tank, causing the smell. I sort of forgot about that! I guess I will go day by day, but I don't like driving 55 miles a day in cold weather without knowing if my car is going to be okay...
I don't have experience with the Spec2s--the tire of choice for a while on the CX-7 boards was the Yoko Parada SpecX. I'm guessing they must be good. I just wanted to give you something to chew on until others chimed in. I'm sure if they are good enough for the Godfather, they are good enough for you. He's like Vin Diesel in F&F. All the little ricer boys want what he's got!

In other news, that stupid link I posted earlier has all been cleared up. The OP was/is not a jerk, just left out some information. I just hate when people pick internet fights--I knew I could win this one!
....And student teaching is kicking my ass! It is exciting and awesome, but the real world sucks! Kids at Wadsworth High are great and today (second day) I was able to really connect with them and introduce myself and learn about them. But this whole waking up at 5:30 thing sucks. I feel so old because I am going to bed before 10pm. Goodnight all!

i know i need to get some new summer tires too and at only about a hundred a piece, that's not bad at all
but if i'm going to be running these at the track too, should i get something different if i want to do HPDE?

I have them for the Protege as well. they're good in the rain and excellent in the dry.

Spicy is headed for the dyno today.......she is being tuned.......can't wait to get her home and ready for VIR and Mid-Ohio.

Hey guys, long time no talk. Bought a new car on Monday, 05 Accord. The MP3 is getting parted out, locals have first dibs... Let me know if there's anything y'all want. The MP3 is sitting in a garage waiting to get dismantled. If anyone wants to save it from it's eventual scrapping, speak up.
