I'd rock it, cus I just don't care. It looks like it would come off in a sinch. I'd want the same thing if my gen truck were a 4Runner and had the removable rear roof.

There's a Boxster Speedster that I saw at the Detroit auto show this year that had a similar top. Not really my cup of tea unless the styling behind the passenger compartment prevents a normal top from being put down. Also... much lighter.

I don't think it's the best color choice but I like the bikini top. I really liked Jasens Jeep with the bikini top. That would be good for the long drives to tracks and meets when you wouldn't want the sun on your scalp but the open air around you. Perhaps? I don't know, I'm not an open roadster kind of cat. They scare me. heh-heh

My P5 charges at 14.2 at idle. According to the rice-o-meter on my battery terminal. Also checked it with the multi-meter though.

I love the car, not 100% sure about the top but it can be removed easy I'm sure

Is there any way to make my rear brake pads from rattling?? The rattle clip has disappeared and the rattling nowadays is annoying the hell out of me. Can I put a shim of some sort to make it stop? These are Hawk HPS pads.

Yep. Get a new rattle clip.

You can order some new spring clips from Rosenthal Mazda. I don't know about the Mazda3 but the Miata has shims as well.

you could take out the rear calipers altogether and never have to worry about rattling or change brake pads again

my 2nd interview is set-up for Friday, it's gonna be a huge day for me. Another bonus to the potential new job is that the winking lizard on 23 is in the same area.
