The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

i get to the point i get incredibly bored with my car, convince myself to part out and save for a new toy, then i drive the car and all conviction to part out is lost haha

My only problem is I don't have enough money to do all the modding I want to ;)

^ kinda my issue, everything else i would/could do is going to run atleast a grand or not really give me any benefits so ive hit the modding plateau... i think thats why im kindof a wheel *****/paint my wheels once a year hahaha

My problem is that I have delayed gratification too ingrained almost, so even though I've taken the time to save the money that I allotted for the parts I wanted to get, I still feel like I need to wait longer to get them. I guess it could be worse, but it makes it hard to get anything done... I guess that goes along with the professional procrastinator in me. :D

I battle that one everyday myself. I can get a stupid deal on anything, but then I remember I don't have a car payment AND I love ripping around in my car. :)

Still working on getting caught up from the last two weeks. It's been a royal pain. I'm about to pull a modified Big Lebowski quote...

"**** it dude, let's go golfing."

I call them mental health days. Thats when I call off from work and either chill at home or do something fun. yesterday I called a mental health half day because I have to much stuff to do be for this weekend.(bang)

Yeah, I was just given another project yesterday that is adding unnecessary mind-*****. I say unnecessary because it's not a difficult product line, but the entire project is spread across 3 separate entities of B&W, so... One part is done in our service company, one part is done in the OEM side (where I am) and the third part is being done in our Houston office. It's a total mess.

I swapped my wheels yesterday (put the Black MSR wheels back on to look sexyyy) and I noticed something leaking from the passenger rear. I also noticed there's a stain on the driveway where I park.

Well....when I was swapping that wheel, I investigated the mysterious leak. It looks like it's coming from the strut :'(

Here's where the drip comes off the car and onto the driveway:

Does this mean the strut is blown? I believe Chippy had this issue, but I couldn't find his posts or pictures to compare.

-Thanks

Beyond blown man. That shock is going to do next to nothing soon enough.

I'm pretty much broke right now (screw you Akron tuition!!!) so I'll probably just get an oem replacement, or whatever's cheapest. Do I have to replace both sides, or can I just do one? I normally don't see FS threads where they're selling just one side.

This is great timing, looks like I'll be a passenger for the fun run on Sunday.

Thanks for the info guys.

You'd be fine if it recently just started leaking, just don't drive like a jackass.
