For school?
I'm moving to michigan tomorrow![]()
Will: there is no speed limit really, they try to limit you but people leave gaps and then catch up... it's fine if you know what your limits (and your cars limit) are, but unfortunately a lot of people don't
Wes: WTF is wrong with u boy??
For school?
why is that? ohio got nothing for ya?
You know that awkward moment when you're outside and a girl is talking to you and then you hear a turbo spool up and you put your hand over her mouth to look, and then after it passes she gives you that "wtf are you doing?" face?
Oh, no, you don't? I don't either.
lol...rwd is scary... hey Pablo, mostly Phen, have you guys checked out the Northcoast Miata Club?
How did that happen during parade laps? Isn't there a speed limit? Talk about embarrassing.
My parents were members of the Northcoast Miata Club a few years ago.

thanks guys, I'm loving this car. Ordered belt replacement kit and will be doing more maintenance stuff/function/bracing/safety before getting to power mods, found a used boost gauge so I'll be putting that on soon.
Kevin: I have not, I've no desire to start posting on another forum, this one takes enough of my time.
RWD is scary if you're a dumbass. When I wrecked my car, I was being a dumbass. I had to throw that out there before I got any smartass comments from the peanut gallery because I've wrecked my car and they haven't.
No, I have not checked out the North Coast club because frankly, I'm too young for them.
I know those guys and they're more about auto-x and cruises, no track events or the like. A lot of them run with NORA and they're sponsored by Cascade Mazda.
It's more likely that people would sign up for a fun run rather than just a cruise. I have a map of a drive that I would like to organize sometime, but I don't think the roads are that fun or that fast. Just a nice, leisurely drive enjoying the scenery.
I could set it up if anyone would be interested. Another thing we could consider before the season is done is a trip to Kelly's Island. There are restaurants, bars, breweries, and wineries up there. It's a real nice place to hang out. Downside is... it's a little pricey to take your car over to the island, and once it's there... there's really nothing to do with it but park it. We had a Vintage BMW gathering there a few years back. Loads of fun.
i went on a cruise similar to that two years ago with the eurovagons (4 of them got over 100mph speeding tickets on the way back on 77...idiots) but it's soooo fun! ...there is a covered bridge along on 26 for some pics, we can stop in at the Marietta Brewing Company for lunch and awesome local beer (not too much of course!), then back up on 83 to get back on the highway!
...maybe this sounds like something i'll have to plan....mmmmmm lol
I'd be up/down for that cruise, Kevin. That sounds pretty fun. Maybe not 4.5 hours of it though. Make a thread and let's get a meet going.![]()
