PM me if you are interested, but in September (15th-16th) I am driving from Providence RI to Phoenix AZ (probably with 1 other 8 owner, possibly a third) to meet with their Caravan group, and on the 17th driving with their group to LA, for Sevenstock on the 18th. I will be leaving LA on the 20th for a drive up PCH to Seattle (passing through San Fransisco and Portland), and then turning back east to drive home, passing through several major cities (though which is still in question as I haven't decided on a specific route yet.

I could easily get pics of the flag in other locations as well, including anywhere along PCH, and if I take the northern route back east, Yellowstone and Rushmore + whatever else I pass by. Again, still finalizing my route choices.

I will be documenting the entire trip via video and blog, possibly live web/dash cam if I can get it set up without being too expensive. The flag would make a wonderful addition to this trip.

I don't want to hide anything though, so I'll say upfront that I will be actively looking for advertisement / sponsors (Mazda or Rotary specific, and tasteful) for the trip to cut my costs down (sitting about $2k at the moment), or even places to sleep to cut down the cost of hotels, etc... and this flag could easily help bring some in. If I don't get any, I am prepared to finance the entire thing myself (The cost of dreams and memories I've wanted to do this for a long time). But anything I don't have to spend myself would be always be welcome.

Also, how long does the flag have to be with a member & sent off? cause going by my location on the list and if members were to keep it a week and send it off ASAP, wont receive the flag till August/September (nailbyt)

So judging by the responses above, it would seem that about a week at each location is fairly accurate.

I dont think that we need to set up a schedule of when every will have the flag, but it might be worthing figuring out when the next two or three people are expected to have the flag (shrug)
