Is that the new Tial water cooled wastegate?
Do you know why tial went to the water cooled heads? If you read on the subaru forums the new 38mm seized on the cosworth race car and blew the motor. The reason of the wastegate seizing up was the heat was closer to the valve vs. the old longer wastegate..

P.S why are you only putting down 9PSI on a build block? most people put down 9PSI on stock internals... maybe not for long, but they do it![]()
