Actually, Trees, the advice on this forum HAS been helpful. Perhaps you should consider seeking out some for yourself. I offered an apology, and you responded with a tone of sarcasm. If you have a problem with what I write, then simply don't read it - no one held a gun to your head. No offense man, but I couldn't help but think of a high school kid when I read your post.

We're going tonight for sure. It'd be great to meet you. Sunday is difficult due to the early work day Monday (need to be in the office at 5 A.M. to work on a case). And besides, Eleni mentioned there is going to be a dance troupe performing at around 7'ish this evening. I've got to learn how to Greek dance so I'm ready to hit the floor at the wedding without looking like a fool. (dance)

Perhaps I owe all of you an apology. Though I was a bit offended by JBreed's reaction/comments, he had some valid points. Here I am a newcomer to this forum and immediately asking for advice, sharing personal stories, et al. I apologize in advance if I bored any of you (as this was certainly NOT my intention; but rather, just seeking advice). You haven't met me and yet several of you took the time to write and offer your support. It helps to get different perspectives from different people. Just know that it was helpful and is appreciated.

Thanks to you too, man. It's true what you said, that sometimes we simply don't have the time [or even make the time] to chat about personal stuff. I'm a private guy (believe it or not), but I work with a bunch of gray-haired morons who don't know what they're talking about half the time. It's nice knowing there's a "support team" who's willing to offer advice and their own perspective on certain issues. Plus, a lot of you have had experience with certain things I've written about, so you actually KNOW what you're talking about (unlike the gray-haired morons).

Ahhh...but we've got Chicago - the greatest city man. As for the Chicagoans, they are a million times better than the New Yorkers. Those folks (NY'ers) are a bunch of asses. That place will make you hard. I feel fortunate to be here and I'm so glad I decided to relocate.
