Testing new NO CEL method on catless cars

Cool but do you have to drill into any pipes? I guess I still don't really understand how this works... You're drilling in one of the anti-foulers, screwing that into the 2nd anti-fouler, and then screwing the o2 sensor into the 2nd fouler? Then the whole thing is screwed into the stock location??? Do you do this for o2 1 and o2 2? I'm putting a header in (obx) and will probably be doing a cat-back as well...

Nope just unscrew the o2 drill out 1 non fouler place in between the o2 and the bung. I use just one and it works. I did have the light come back on once but it was freezing cold that day so it didnt warm up to the operating temp fast enough and thus the reason why.

question, if my O2 sensor is already "potentially" non functional. (per obdII decoder - O2 sensor no activity) will this still work? or do i have to replace my O2 sensor first?

I got the same CEL, P0140 with my catless apex DP and MIL elim installed. Now I will add the non foulers...did you do the same thing? Did you replace the O2 sensor before doing this?

I just put my D/P on, on Saturday at the Columbus dyno. I had the bung welded on in a bad spot, so I could only use 1 non fouler. 200 miles and no cel yet.
so the clearance has been fine with just the one?

so far so good. I do get a rub when just starting out of first, but I think thats the dp. If it were the o2, it wouldve fried by now I think. Kartboy hangers are next to cure that hopefully.

(cool)

might want to check to make sure the wire wrapping isn't rubbing cause that will eventually wear through and could cause problems in the future

Thats what I meant. I think it wouldve went out by now if that is whats rubbing. Im kind of paranoid about it. Might plug that hole and get a new bung welded on in a more sensible spot. Damn subframe.

you could just take the sledgehammer approach... (lol2)

I got it drilled, assembled and installed, reset the battery (while installing grounding kit), and CEL back on! ughhh. ANyone had any trouble with MIL eliminator "burning out" an O2 sensor? I did a great soldering job, and triple checked the wire line up before each joint was made. Help.

Did you get it to work? I bought the same thing...

Replace your o2, then try the nonfouler again. It will keep coming back if the ecu has no o2 voltage reading. The code you have now kills performance and gas mileage hardcore.

Thanks, I will try that...
