tekkies car build

I'm moving to Michigan in about a month. You can bet I'm going to shoot you a message and come see this car in action. You did a beautiful job with the setup. I WOULD like to second the concern on the oil drain from the turbo. There actually isn't much pressure coming from the drain side and gravity has to do the work. I'd be afraid of coking the bearings.

Parts parts parts gimme parts parts!!! Looks good man. I hope you have an elaborate chasecam setup for filming your autocross stuff!

if there is that much oil built up there the weight alone will push it out, there is pressure coming into the oil feed line so it will push it out the bottom eventually, the oil feed line is not going to slow down because of that tiny backpressure of the built up oil

regardless I think I am going to try something different I just got some new connectors that I hope will allow me to point it downwards :)

I have that exact fuel system setup besides the 750's. Are you going to put a fuel pressure gauge in?

ok i like your engine setup except the turbo and i want it in mine
here is what i had till i spun a bearing
i did have the cp pistons with billet rods at 8:5:1 in my mp3

this is what i was waiting in my van/storage box to put in the car before the bearing spun

550cc injectors
greddy ultimate e-manage
holset h1c turbo with metal inserts welded to fit the port (external wg)
stock turbo exhaust manifold- ported
reworked head stock valves new springs ported and polished to intake and turbo exhaust manifold
mazdaspeed cams
3" custom downpipe to dump
75 shot direct port NOS system
act stage 3+ clutch
vortech super fmu
greddy type rs blow off valve
3'X 4'X 4" custom front mount with custom aluminum piping

now keep in mind this is all that i have, none of it is on the car but i need another block build so i can put it on, and also i'm looking for a full stand alone computer for our cars, anybody know of one

you know that nobody has gotten the emanage ultimate to work right? I have the emanage in my car right now but tis coming out and being replaced by the AEM the other choices would be Mircrotech or Haltech

i really don't like the e-manage, it was just a quick cheap alternative to when i was going to go small boost, but now its a different story, i want to get a full stand alone system, and since my motor is shot and i have nothing but time, and a little extra money too, love them gas prices ha ha

get a built motor you are going to need that long before all those mods you have, our rods are bad :(

Nice looking build! Someday I would like to do this! If you don't mind my asking, how much is the full build setting you back? Do you feel that it will be worth it?

update on post 3, expec to see more later tonight :)

msphtown I am hoping for around 400whp with just the turbo, then comes more additions for more power most likely :)

zoomzoom I think I posted in here earlier, its an insane amount its probably close to 15k that I have invested

edit
I should not say invested, I should say spent because this is not an investment lol that would be a house or something

How did you pop the motor?
