Tansmission oil change?

So first thing I did was change the engine oil when I got my MS3 so now I am thinking of changing the transmission oil but I am wondering if it is special break in oil and if I shouldn't change it right away?

I was on some Honda Fit forum and these guys were telling me that the original engine oil has special detergents in it. I changed mine first thing when I got my car home since I figured that there would be some metal dust from the machining process. I always thought the engine oil just had to be non synth for break in.

I changed mine with normal oil at 1,000, normal at 3,000, then full synth at 5,000 and every 5,000 after...just what I did, not sure what's "best". I've heard you should do synth from day one, to you should wait until about 25,000, but Id on't know what's best. I am putting in synth trans fluid soon @ 10,000.
