t3/t4 on MSP (orangemsp's car)

what type of fuel management was he running when he first put that turbo on? Was he running any at first or no? I know it ran up to 5 psi and it was ok and runnable but i just want to see if anyone knew exactly what he was doing.

He had no management at all, which is why my stock turbo setup could beat him with a bit of upped boost.
 
his other post said he was puting in a gt28r or was it the rs, one of the two. mmmmmmm gt series
 
gt28rs with a custom compressor wheel and housing. 4inch inlet . good for over 500whp, not that i will be making anywhere near that however (freak)

t3/t4 nope wrong route

hey if you are thinking of putting a t3/t4 you better get ready to replace some internals and get a good fuel management, hear is a good example of what happens to stock motor with a t3/t4 stage 3 57 trim 63 a/r



im still going to run the same turbo i just got 30 over 8:1.5 piston,pauter rods, 550cc injectors, cams, cam gears and the aem ems from perfworks plus he is making me a whole new kit(downpipe,charge pipe,manifold,and intercooler) just giving some info so maybe no one will make the mistake i did and put a monster turbo on there engine and blow it up because it sucks

He has already done internals.He got that base covered!

yeah no t3/t4 for me.

I will opt for a smaller faster spooling turbo that will put out about as much as a t3/t4. Mine unfortuantely costs more then double what a t3/t4 costs but thata what ball bearing is all about.

Hopefully we can get things all dialed in and ready very soon.

Also, i already have the haltech all wired up, i am just waiting on my manifold.
