Sweet Deal on a Spoiler

^This +1

The Spoiler I ordered has arrived!! Will install it and post instructions and pictures soon.

Do yourselves a favor....just use the 3M tape. It will hold just fine. No need to pay someone to drill holes.

yeah 3M is amazing. i work in the framing department at michaels and the tape will hold HEAVY HEAVY FRAMES on little strips. so as long as you dont plan on kicking the spoiler out of anger at something. 3M will hold just fine. that is for this kind of spoiler. if your buying a wing id suggest bolting.

Just got the spoiler today.
It's beautiful! Perfectly wrapped and only took 3 days (minus the holiday and weekend) to get here!
It comes preloaded with 3M tape so install literally took me like 3 mins.
It fit perfectly and snug.

I recommend anyone without an OEM spoiler that want one to get it from this seller.

Good luck!

Uh.... I don't remember anymore lol.
Already installed it >< Sorry. I mean it wouldn't be hard to drill a hole if you did want it to be bolted on.

i think im holding out for a raised spoiler anyway, just looked at your pic and couldn't tell.

Also Make sure you have some clamps and clamp it down for a few hours to make sure.
Don't forget it helps to heat up the tape a bit before install!

Black spoiler on a white M2 would be sweet especially if you have a CF black hood or some other black accents to balance it out on the front. It'll look awesome with your steelies :D

Green, that I'd have to see but again as long as you have a balance of accented colours it should work out.

I ripped it off to see before it dried and yes it does have 2 pre drilled holes. Looks like you can drill from inside the door out and insert a washer and bolt to keep it more permanent.

So then all you did was tape it on? Was it pretty easy to line it up etc? I'm definitely going to order it now. Can you post a pic of it on your car?

Yeah I added some more of my own M3 7/8th tape to make sure it stuck on. I clamped it down with 4 rubber clamps with the door open over night, it's a bit overkill but I'd rather be safe than my spoiler falling off. haha.
Here's a couple of cell phone pics after the install
As for the fit and line up, It was easy to level since it can only fit a certain way however I did have someone help me eye the side gaps as I pushed it on.

Okay I've actually ordered it now, I'll keep everyone updated on shipping and also take pics during installation.

My spoiler arrived, I'll probably install it on Thanksgiving! I'll post pics, I'm definitely going to bolt it on, not just tape!

there really no need to drill holes in your car....the tape is more than sufficient.

Well the bolt your supposed to bolt on, you have to drill through like 2 layers of sheet metal.. I just taped it. Hopefully this works lol.
