Sweden calling...

It will probably be a while before I visit Nrnburgring, it is a 3 hour ferry trip followed by more than 1000km of driving to get there - each way. Thanks for the information though.

But that's not a very long trip... 1000k in a Mazdaspeed isn't much. Last year I drove more than that in a day on our way down through Euorope with the family in the car...nobody complained... and you can rest on the ferry...

Go for it! It's a memory for life to drive at the green hell!

So you are saying that it is silly to try and pass on highway from 1500 rpms in 6th? :(

EDIT: Your videos look like a lot of fun!

I would estimate 28 hours to get there (one hour waiting for the ferry, 3hours on the ferry and 9 hours of driving - each way and an added 2 hours for safety on the way back, main problems are the other issues. It is a bit long trip to do on a weekend, especially when I have to leave right after work, running low on money right now, car has some minor engine issues (air leak from *I-don't-know-where*) and the money I may be able to save up the next months will be used om my next USA roadtrip.

I'm thinking that the winter and most probably autumn must pass before I will have the chance. During the winter I'll change every part that might cause the leak and then at least the car will be ready :)
