Ok i've posted before about this thought i solved it but guess not. I had bought a 03 protege w/ suspension issues and replaced it with Teins. Well every time the front end hits a hard bump in the road you hear poping sound kinda loud. I have no idea what it is. Now the other issue is the alignment wont hold the rear tie rod bolts came lose for some reason had it realigned hopefully it will hold this time unsure. Someone please help me i'm getting so tired of this.

did you get tein springs or tein coilovers? have you had your front bushings replaced? if your rear tie rod bolts are loosening, it could be a few things:
-time for new ones cause the threads are damaged
-alignment tech isn't torquing the nuts properly
-you're hitting potholes that are loosening things up

the tech retightened. the bolts and we'll see if that holds. The suspension is a Tein SS suspension. They think it might be either strut noise, or it could be power steering rack not sure.

My tein s tech springs make a bad noise only when I hit a pot hole or something..But just on the drivers side..I just got them installed about a week ago..Before then the car was not making that noise..
