So there is a shake in steering wheel at low speeds and then it goes away around 35 and comes back ad gets worse around 60. On the left front I cant get my finger between the tire and the spring. When I let go of the wheel it pulls hard left. What could cause this?

Sounds like the problem is at your front left.
Sounds as if you have a failure in one of the suspension components.

Examine the upper and lower strut mount, the upper and lower control arm bushings, and the ball joint.

The best method would be to grab the top of the tire/wheel and push/pull while observing what piece of your suspension is allowing the the wheel to fold over and hit your strut.

There is an obvious spot on the tire where it is rubbing on the spring so I don know if that would help determine he cause. At low speeds under 30 I feels like the basket you get at Wal Mart that has the messed up wheel that kinda bounces while you push it. That's about the best way I can describe it.

The wheel bearing is the only part that can fail and cause the tire to become closer the strut.

As for the vibration, wheel bearing can be part of it, could also be from a bad tire or wheel.

None of he wheels are dented or anything like that. I can tell that the tire is not wearing evenly du to he problem with he front end.

CV axle won't cause the tire to rub the strut.. Can cause a vibration though.

Get off the forum and go check already.
