Summer Slam in Westminster

Has anyone been going to the summer slam in Westminster. Its put on by Westminster Speed and Sound.
I have not made it to the last 2 but a couple of friends that work it, said that there was 3 or 4 P5's at the last one. They have the show the first Saturday of every month. At the corner of RT27 and Main Street in the new parking garage, It would be cool to get a bunch of cars there next month.

i went to their summer slam shows like 2 years ago.. (first saturday of every month IN THE SUMMER TIME ONLY).. back then it was outdoors in a parking lot?? i was taking pics for my website before i took it down.. (premiercompacts.com) i'm sure it's a lot better now.. it used to be more of a "hangout" than car show..

i've been there the last two times, at speed and sounds summer bash. its pretty cool, $2 to enter and ends around 11:00 at night. we should meet up...

Hey guys, don't worry about the 7th, it isn't the first saturday this year, he(Mark, owner) made it second saturday. It is August 14th, and Yes, I have been there every show(not show, just sort of hangout) for the last 3 years, and it is being held in the longwell parking garage ( if you know westminster, recently built )

took me two hours to get to the nc border.....of course it was 4am when i left and not a soul on i-95

Your right it is more of a hang out but there are some nice cars, and I thought it would be a cool way to meet some of the people from this forum. Do to my schedule I haven't got to post enough to realy get the chance to know anyone, nuch less go to any meet. I've seen a few of you around I believe, but thats it.

well then Luis...if you gotta drive that fast then I think a nice shotgun seat would do me well...Cant afford no tickets from late night speed traps...
