SU mount?

i was about to order a rear motor mount for my MS3 but im just wondering if the SU billet mount is worth the extra money or if the awr is just as good. i know the SU is 62 durometer and the awr is 70. anyone have the SU installed? any problems with either of these mounts? what do you guys recommend?

well i ordered the awr mount instead of the su mount. i wanted to go the 70 durometer instead of 62.

I'll let you know monday when I put it on... But I'm probably a bad judge as I'm very new to mods and what to expect and anticipate. From other threads i have heard that the 62 gives you the most driveability without too much vibration.

there were problems with a few of the first batch of AWR mounts we sold. i brought the concerns to Tony at AWR and sent him back a broken mount and the problems have been rectified on his end. we installed a new mount in the customer's car and thus have no problems.

i have one of the first awr mounts and have had no issues... though i have just a reg 3 lightly modded so its not like i am putting tons o power down or anything

I got the AWR 70 and love it.It dont vibrate all that much,as a matter of fact I wish I would of gotten the 88 instead.

I got the 88 and it really doesn't vibrate much at all, it's hardly noticeable.

What about when the a/c compressor turns on?

I have the 70 on my 3i ....and mine vibrates like crazy with the a/c on.

Go with the AWR mount. You wont be disappointed. Plus the "other" one is probably just a copy anyways....oops
