its a Mazdaspeed brand muffler. Its an aftermarket muffler for a regular protege :p

One looks a little more bent towards the front of the piping... I dunno either... welcome to eBay!
 
No they are two different axlebacks. If you buy it, you will kick yourself in the arse since it won't fit. Sorry man. You can buy a brand new one for like 140 or something at that onlinemazdaparts website or something. I got mine off a forum member for 120 and it sounds great with an ebay SRI with K&N

Those are both the P5 versions.

The piping is exactly the same, the only difference is that the tip on the P5 version is about 4" shorter.

Evilmonkey is right, it was called the mazdaspeed sport exhaust I believe. You can tell the difference because the cylinder is smaller and not oval shaped like the MP3 or MSP one is.
 
Both of those appear to be the short P5 version...who knows....it's ebay what do you expect....
 
If I see that damn green POS for sale.......The part-out alone would net more than they are asking...but damn that thing is just an atrocity...
