You can fit an FS-DE in your trunk and still close it. My buddy brought home an FP (1.8) in his trunk from Chicago. That is a great deal for a motor and trans. If he wasn't 6 hours away and I had a spare $500 I would snatch it up for S&G's.

Actually, I would say it is a good car to own first. The suspension setup with some nice springs, good wheels and tires give you excellent driver feedback, and you can push the car to its limits on the twisties safely. You can also learn a lot about having a t/c'd car, as well as the inevitable upgrading process.

I'm still reluctant to push my wrx on turns, the driver feedback is less sensitive and bodyroll is much more evident. I guess you can tell I miss the pro a bit still. Just saying, please resume the for sale thread
