Nope, it would be the black plastic piece that surrounds the gauges.
He has the SU gauge rings... but someone has dibs on them.

no i only have one set, the only picture i have of them is in the second picture above the SU rings. i guess it could actually be for both belts i don't really know i got them as a gift.
